This is an acrylic painting on a 24×36 inch canvas. I used Turquoise, Indanthrone Blue, Pyrrole Red, Azo Gold, and White, blending the hues directly on the surface to build subtle transitions and unexpected mixes. The paint was applied with a palette knife to create physical structure and to spread the tones unevenly, producing varied textures and dynamic effects across the canvas. Varnished in a satin finish to give a light sheen and to protect the work. Completed February 2026.
