I'm an artist from Connecticut who specializes in abstract paintings using acrylic paints. Color, shape, and texture are all intentionally used in my work to draw the viewer in and hold their attention. The way that colors in nature fluctuate depending on the light deeply influences my decisions in the studio. I aim for my artwork to convey the delight of color and light as well as their subtle relationships to the everyday world we encounter. I paint intuitively, working primarily in an abstract expressionistic style.
